Soul Fish on Cooper provided a unique opportunity for demonstrating what is possible through well thought out and effective planning.
Starting with a 1,500 sq ft existing, operating restaurant, building a 1,300 sq ft addition, and ending with a 2,800 sq ft completely renovated space. Including replacing 50% of the existing load bearing walls, complete kitchen renovation, new electrical service, and an all new patio.
